| Font Size: RENO, NV - Police have identified a man found dead at a local business Monday morning. According to Reno Police, 36-year-old David Robert Borland of Carson City was found on a conveyor belt at Waste Management's Recycling Facility on Commercial Row. Police believe Borland was in a dumpster and collected by Waste Management crews.  The cause of death is still under investigation, as crews are currently reviewing video from several businesses where recyclables were collected. Borland's next of kin has been notified. RPD would like to speak with anyone who may know what Borland was doing on Sunday, April 8th.
