If you have a small footprint, it is best to use a spiral conveyor. Spiral conveyors are low maintenance, require only one drive, and are easy to install. Dual track spirals can double your output. Each track operates independently and is reversible. High capacity spiral conveyors are designed to carry heavy loads. Multiple entry spirals will allow entry of products from different levels. Traffic controls are implemented to prevent collisions. Mass flow spirals are the best solution for large quantities of products. A slat conveyor is a best for inclines as well as curves. Good examples are the conveyor systems used in the baggage claim area of an airport. To minimize transition points, only one drive is necessary for every 250 feet. Conveyor systems are custom built to the specifications of the customer. Work with the manufacturer and they will design equipment to suit your business.
