NEW NEWS FROM CONVEYOR MAGAZINE «

Founded in 2010 by Jason Burstein and Christina Labey, Conveyor Arts is an organization dedicated to supporting artists working in photography through production, exhibition and publication of new projects. Their semi-annual  Conveyor Magazine features contemporary photographs, interviews, articles and essays.  The magazine is dedicated to de-emphasizing the distinction between "emerging" and "established" artists and is produced at their print studio in New Jersey.  Conveyor Magazine is included in an exhibition opening February 2oth at MoMA examining experimental art and design magazines published since 2000.  Curated from the MoMA Library's collections, Millineum Magazine surveys diverse forms of international arts publications, from newspapers centered on building communities to magazines that focus on images only or conceptual design.  Conveyor Magazine's first two issues explored Curiosities and Mapping through images and writing by contributors such as Arthur Ou, Mary Mattingly, Saul Robbins, Sophie Barbasch and Claudia Sohrens.
