Tuffman 8-Man HD-P Portable Sorting Station

This Tuffman 8-Man HD-P Portable Sorting Station comes equipped with emergency shutoffs, stairs, walkways and sorting chutes. Available productivity options include break-away catwalks, skid mounting for added stability and hydraulic drive power. Tuffman sorting stations are powered by variable speed controls and have individual ladders for each station. This portable sorting station comes mounted on a single-axle trailer which increases efficiency and productivity by allowing you to shorten the distance from the waste to the processing facility. Innovator Trommel Screen

This Deal of the Day Innovator Trommel Screen is perfect for processing wet and difficult to screen compost materials. It can separate debris into top soil to be sold to farms, nurseries and site-work, and rock to be cleaned and used for aggregates and landscaping. This allows contractors to reuse or resell waste rather than paying transportation and disposal fees. This trommel screen is constructed of a screened cylinder maintained in a heavy-duty shell and comes equipped with a smart operator system including drum speed and charge conveyor monitors, master emergency shutdown, engine function and screen controls, and engine rpm, engine water temperature and engine oil temperature monitors. As material passes through the screened cylinder, the smaller particles pass through the openings while the larger pieces are kept inside, thus separating the material by size. Trommel screens are also used to separate the biodegradable fraction of mixed MSW and separate smaller debris such as broken glass from larger recyclables. The Innovator Model 7221 Trommel Screen is 21' long with a 72" diameter and comes equipped with 11 cubic yard charge hopper and 26′ long x 30″ wide belt stacking conveyors.

Mayfran 77′ Steel Belted Incline Conveyor

Mayfran steel-belted incline conveyors are constructed of heavy-duty steel with rail built for heavy loads and a long service life. Spreaders are welded and spaced to maintain frame integrity and the conveyor comes equipped with impact rails in all loading areas and a removable tail cap section for easy belt assembly. The patented PolyArmor chain-driven synthetic belt efficiently carries material over longer distances compared to other conveyors on the market. This belting offers a durable, yet economical solution for moving recyclables over long distances because they are designed to provide the lightweight and low-friction advantages of synthetic belting, along with high load carrying capacity and assured belt tracking. Mayfran chains are designed to avoid relative motion, thus reducing wear and increasing chain life.

This Deal of the Day special high-quality conveyor is designed for large volume handling of solid waste and recycling conveying. The Mayfran 77' Steel Belted Incline Conveyor has a 15' long lower horizontal and 62' long incline portion with a 67.5" wide belt consisting of 4" steel cleats spaced 2' apart. The conveyor is powered by a 10 hp, 230/460 V, 3-phase electric motor and comes equipped with controls.
